Interim Programme Leader – MSc in Organisational Development (Leading & Facilitating Transformative Change in Volatile Word: A Gestalt and Complexity Perspective)
We are looking for an Interim Programme Leader who can manage academic and administrative tasks to facilitate learning to the highest quality. This is a senior career-grade teaching position. The Post-holder will be expected to show academic leadership in teaching, and to support the management and strategic planning processes of the Faculty and the Institute.
The Principal accountabilities:
1. To provide academic leadership in the design, recruitment and delivery of high-quality teaching programmes.
2. To contribute to the Faculty’s development by engaging in activities that will promote and enhance its standing in the field of Organisational Development and Leadership.
3. To support the management activities of the Faculty and Institute, and undertake a key role in Faculty or Institute working group or committees, as required.
The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach, be independent and proactive, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
