MSc in Organisational Development: A Gestalt Perspective (Leading And Facilitating Transformative Change In A Volatile World)

Entry Requirements

Entry to Year 1 of the programme is available to those who have a first degree and at least 2 years’ experience of working in organisations (and/or the wider field or who can show that they have completed the equivalent learning).

Normally the programme is a two-year Master’s degree which starts with Year 1 (leading to a postgraduate Diploma) and can be extended into an MSc through a second year of study. Currently, we are offering a unique opportunity to obtain a Master’s degree in just one year by applying for direct entry into Year 2 of the programme via an Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning Process (APEL).

Direct entry to Year 2 of the programme (via APEL) is available to those who already have at least 3 years’ experience of work in organisations and/or the wider field, and experience of Systemic, Gestalt and Complexity approaches. Applicants must demonstrate they have fulfilled the learning objectives of Year 1 via successful completion of an APEL portfolio.
