Pride in London Parade 2017 - 'Love Happens Here'

Trainees, trainers, members and staff from Metanoia Institute will be joining the Pride in London Parade in Central London.

The Parade is an annual event passing through central London, with floats, music, costumes and colour. It is held to celebrate the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, relationship, sexuality and gender diverse communities. The theme for 2017 is "Love Happens Here".

Come along and join us on the day, everyone is welcome, regardless of sexual and gender identity—straight allies included!

The day can be everything from exhilarating and fun to moving and poignant. You can read more from two of the people involved in last year's event by clicking here.

We will meet beforehand to have a Pride breakfast together at a local pub (most likely near Regent's Park), then form and join the parade through central London, meeting for drinks at the end.

We have only been allocated a set number of wristband passes to join the parade, so you will need to sign up, if you are interested in coming along on the day and we can reserve one for you.

Please also get in touch, if you would like to join in the organising of the event. Organisers and helpers particularly welcome! Please use the contact button on the Eventbrite Event page.

Last year was a success but, would have been great to have a few more people walking with us, so we would love for as many of you to join us in this Celebration!

To register for a wristband please click the Apply button below.
