Independent Minute Recorder
Metanoia Institute wishes to appoint a Minute recorder for its Board of Trustees and its Sub-Committees. Metanoia Institute founded in 1983, is a dynamic forward looking, higher education establishment with a student compliment of over 1,000 students, studying Psychotherapy and Counselling on undergraduate and post -graduate programmes, the latter representing over two thirds of all students. Metanoia Institute is governed by a Board of Trustees who are accountable for agreeing the strategic direction of the Institute, for ensuring compliance of data protection, equality and diversity, health and safety, human resources and financial probity. The Board delegates full responsibility for the day to day management of the Institute to the Chief Executive Officer.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Minute recording within the higher education sector. The candidate must be familiar with the way minutes are recorded within this sector and in a format that complies with the standard set by Office for Students.
